My Mission
For true wellbeing, we need to consider the self as a whole, body, mind & spirit, as well as the surrounding environment.
Wellness is not just the absence of disease, it is maintaining optimal health and energetic balance with positive emotions, thoughts and actions, as well as hope and compassion for all things, including the self.
Feeling emotions as they arise although uncomfortable, is beneficial, so they can be released. However, when we hold onto the past and negative thought patterns long-term, these create disharmony and disease.
Many traditions over eons have known this, whilst more and more scientific research is confirming how we think, feel and act plays a vital role in our overall health.
