Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon psyllium fibre
1 cup nut milk
Then add any combinations
Cacao and coconut
Berries and cinnamon
Mango, sunflower seed and lime
OR top with your favourite fresh fruits
Stir to combine the base ingredients into a bowl. This is what makes the pudding set into a gel. You can also add any flavours such as cacao, cinnamon or lime at this point. Pour this into serving cups or dishes then drop the diced fruit into the mixture.
Place into the fridge for about 30 minutes and allow to set.
It’s that easy and super yum!
